The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation agency announced both public and private employers may defer premium installment payments.  These include payments for March, April and May for current policy year premiums.  

The anticipated due date for deferred payments is June 1, but the state could reassess before then.

BWC will not lapse or cancel coverage or assess penalties for amounts not paid because of the coronavirus pandemic.
