Holbrook & Manter steps into their second century in business as a S Corporation ESOP.  H&M has transferred 100% ownership to its employees via an Employee Stock Ownership Plan.

An ESOP buys, holds and sells company stock, providing employees with an ownership stake in the company as well as an additional form of compensation linked to the success of the company.

Commenting on the announcement, Mark Welp, a principal with the firm said, “For us, becoming an ESOP owned firm just made sense in terms of our succession plan.
