Holbrook & Manter, CPAs Professional Services Firm proudly announces the promotion of Mr. William Bauder, CPA, CGMA.  Mr. Bauder will now serve as the firm’s Manager of Assurance and Advisory Services.  Mr. Bauder specializes in providing clients with superior service in the areas of Auditing, Reviews, Compilations, Service Organization Control Auditing, and Consulting.

Mr. Bauder holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from The Ohio State University. Prior to coming to Holbrook & Manter, Mr. Bauder served as an auditor with The Ohio State University and worked for a Top 100 regional accounting firm. He has worked with clients headquartered across the country and with operations in Canada, Europe and Asia.

A member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA), Mr. Bauder resides in, Delaware, Ohio. He is looking forward to marrying his fiancé this fall.
