We wanted to take the time to update you on our efforts regarding COVID-19 and the ways we can continue to serve you to the best of our ability, while also keeping your health and the health of our team members at the forefront.

Much of our team continues to utilize our virtual office environment. No matter their location, every H&M team member is equipped with the technology they need to continue to service your needs in a timely manner. An internal plan is in place that works towards the return of our entire team when the time is safe and appropriate.

We look forward to the day we can welcome you back through our doors. However, for the time being, we continue to encourage you to connect with your H&M points of contact via electronic and virtual outlets. Should you need to visit our office, we are asking that you make an appointment to do so ahead of time. We understand that the need to pick up and drop off important documents is a necessity, especially with tax deadlines approaching. Please reach out to your points of contact at the firm and we will gladly set up a time to accommodate you.

Please note, our doors are still locked at this time. A team member will greet you at the door at the time of your appointment. Once inside our doors, we respectfully ask that you certify that you are fever free. We also ask that you wear a mask. We will provide one to you if needed. We also ask that you observe social distancing of at least six feet, including in our conference rooms.
As we work towards resuming normal operations, we are following the guidance from the Centers of Disease Control (CDC) and state and local authorities. Let us assure you that our cleaning procedures are rigorous in nature. Hand sanitizer can be found at every turn. Sick team members are required to stay home, and we ask the same from our client base. Please reschedule your visit with us should you become ill.
